Aella rarely holds grudges to begin with.
She fights (-back) when attacked, but does not see/take confrontations as something 'personal'.
Instead she treats every encounter as a blank slate.
(This, and she can hardly retain faces or tell most people apart.)

|| I'd rather have them tell a new story than piss of the entire fandom by making any 'canon decisions' for our Shep's tbh, so I guess this is an attempt at a compromise or something. :/
