A reminder that seven years ago almost to the day, the CIA determined that Mohammed Bin Salman ordered the killing of @washingtonpost.com journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

I hired and worked with Jamal for a year.

CIA concludes Saudi crown prince ordered Jamal Khashoggi’s assassination
Audio recordings, intercepted phone calls and other intelligence link Mohammed bin Salman to killing that Saudis say was conducted by rogue elements.

Ahem. It's the job of the President to appoint DAs - with advice and consent from the Senate.

The President can ignore that rule - but only once (per district) and only for 120 days.

Do you know who appoints DAs after the 120 day mark has passed?

Pam Bondi doesn't. Because it's the judiciary.

It’s been a year to the day we bought (and then didn’t, for reasons we still don’t fully know) InfoWars. We’re still trying. In the year since, we built The Onion into one of the biggest newspapers in the United States. I’m so proud of this place. I’m proud we do hard stuff. Thank you for caring.

The "He's a hebephile not a pedophile" argument is giving immense "The A in AR-15 stands for ArmaLite, nor Assault!" energy.

Both are a distinction without a difference resulting in irreparable harm to children while the MAGA enablers think they've made a point.

Matt Gaetz raped a 17 year old child after exploiting her healthcare needs for money and this is how the NY Times is framing it.

"ended up having sex with powerful men"

Literally whitewashing child rape.

Corporate media is dead. Stop subscribing to it. This is beyond saving.

When a far right pundit on a CNN panel with me ‘joked’ about my beeper going off live on air & then got banned by CNN, Megyn Kelly had him on her show & they both laughed about it.

Yet here is Kelly getting super offended when someone else makes the beeper threat against her. Oh, the hypocrisy.
