Estamos en modo menos activo estos días, pero anímamos a la gente en Euskal Herria a hacer cita en Osakidetza para vacunarse por Influenza y Covid. Aunque digan que sólo las personas de "alto riesgo" son las que deben recibir la vacuna de Covid, mientras más protegida esté la población...

Un estudio reciente del instituto nacional de salúd de EEUU que ha dado seguimiento a personas infectadas por COVID muestra que el porcentaje de incidencia de Covid Prolongado (también conocido como Long Covid) no ha disminuido, si no ligeramente incrementado.

I see @who.int have just added XFG.* (nicknamed "Stratus") as a "Variant Under Monitoring" (VUM).
I have it already dominant globally*, so only directing public health to pay attention to it now seems way too late to mitigate the waves it is now causing.

If Covid was truly societally normalised now - 'just another respiratory virus', to use the common phrase - people wouldn't avoid using the word 'Covid'. The fact the word 'Covid' is taboo in many circles speaks volumes about just how much the disease has *not* been normalised.

We're continuing our tests of the AIRSPOT CO2 monitor. After updating the application and firmware, we compared its measurements with the ARANET4 over a full day. Its good accuracy was confirmed. We'll be doing a review of this attractive device soon.
