Is it controversial to say that ships above a couple of kilometers are kind of ridiculous? My brain always gets hung up on the logistics of building and powering something as big as all the Star Wars capital ships.

I'd seen some comments on the opening animation for the new season of the anime Kaiju No. 8 which has a lot of abstract visuals and simulations, saying "Oh, this is just AI" when it's very clearly not, and would have been made by some very skilled motion graphics artists.

Did you see that video where Chinese EV maker BYD tested a self-driving sports car that can slightly leap into the air to clear very low obstacles? It's basically the closest thing I've seen to a real-life KITT so far.

I really wish someone would get Tippett Studios to do new stop-motion dinosaur effects. With modern techniques it could look insane.

Also, the D. rex is the most ridiculous thing in the whole franchise. Even sillier than the robots in Camp Cretaceous. I need filmmakers to realize that just because a monster is bigger, doesn't mean it's scarier.

I think there's also this attitude when it comes to video games where they think woke = not conventionally attractive. And since the FF7 characters are all visually appealing, then surely it can't be woke.
