Out on the porch with all the fall smells watching the leaves fall.

In every acorn lives an entire forest — but only if it’s in the right environment. Potential doesn’t need pushing — it needs the right environment to grow. The right soil. The right timing. The right kind of nourishment. Trust the process—roots first, branches later.

These sunflowers drooped almost immediately when I brought them home. They kinda look exhausted. Something about them reminded me it’s ok to droop a bit. We don’t have to be up, shiny & exuding positivity 7X24. We have rhythms & seasons of life. Sometimes you need a bit of rest & retreat.

Morning y’all. My fav time of year on the mountain. Coffee on the porch with my wee one listening to the birds. Glorious! Skip the doomscrolling & get outside today you won’t regret it.
