Foster home network in Wilmington, NC dedicated to reducing euthanasia of homeless pets in our local animal shelters through aggressive adoption and spay/neuter programs. We opened Fix A Friend Spay Neuter Clinic in 2013 and it has fixed over 120,000 pets.
