What a horrible start to 2025
- Sales down 25% (no new exciting drops)
- Lunar new year in Korea everything shut for 7 days
- Fedex increased price by 5%
- Google ads account shut down
- Shopify payouts creating issues
Sigh .. never easy 🤗 Let's keep goingggggggg

What a horrible start to 2025

I have two options to grow Oppa Store -
A - Move to Korea and do logistics myself (inventory procurement, oversee packaging etc)
B - Continue paying contractors for it
A gives me more profits, B gives me more time. In 2024 I had to dip into my savings many times.. dunno

I would pay lot of $$$ for Alexa with ChatGPT for my kiddo. A voice-only smart AI for us to play games with, ask questions, help solve puzzles.. will be awesome.

In last 90 days, 34% of orders on Oppa Store were "PAY VIA INSTALLMENTS". Customers use Shop Pay or Paypal for this .. and we have to pay 1.5% extra platform fees for it but completely worth it.

I don't think traditional SEO is gonna survive much longer .. but it was definitely fun to create these ~ 1500 odd K-pop Band Profiles using AI and little code.
