A year ago today I was sleeping in an old famous ex-restaurant in a suburb of Tokyo.
The famous chef had a tiny little stand up kiosk outside it with amazing omelettes and whiskey highballs.
Unforgettable experience, like every trip can be if you push the slightly weird.
