Even if it means a false flag terrorist operation on the US soils and blaming it on the Iranian regime. But Trump faction knows any military engagement with Iran means significant expenses not something that the US financial system can bare w/o financial collapse.

With Iran are so important. Israel is using all its capacity to sabotage any negotiations that somehow would not lead to a US attack on Iran (what Israel has always pursued similar to what they did in Iraq)

It is the same playbook as GFC. Collapse the market and get rid of the extra “elite aspirants” to consolidate the power grip. If it results in a popular uprising, unleash full on authoritarian oppression - they tested that by kidnapping activist students Iranian style.

And Mendicino had a first row seat to all of that. Who would be better than him to advise the PM who is anticipating a large scale operation of the same nature (2022 was just an experiment to collect information, a beta release/private preview as Silicon Valley likes to call it …) ->
