I've banging on this same drum in HVAC & refrigeration. The opportunity’s there, we just have to show young people what it looks like. Most folks don’t realize how far a trade can take you until they see someone living it. We need more of those examples out front.

Solid technical education creates real opportunity without massive debt. Skilled trades offer stability, good wages, and work that can't be outsourced or replaced with AI. We need these pathways to success for a strong economy. Both sides recognize the value of practical skills that build futures.
