Same for the constant use of the word "treason". Under the US constitution, the country needs to be in a "declared war" against another nation for "treason" to be a thing. That is not (currently) now.

My big takeaway from this is: they fired a bunch of FAA people, some of whom probably know "the ways" to maintain their aging infrastructure. Stuff like restarting some device that might be the reason that the radar goes out. Just" a thing they know about. Preventative. Now that person is gone.
