I'm a pudding!

Got a notification I'd been tagged. Just before midnight Christmas Eve, thought a friend might have tagged me in a work thing or a Christmas post. Nope it was this wet blanket which tells me he's been looking at my account.

I might like a lot of colour but also have low levels of physical energy to do much about the 1000 jobs that need doing at home...

So I just bought the ingredients to make this again. It's half a dozen eggs & 1 400g (ish) tub of cottage cheese blended and seasoned (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chilli powder, dried herbs etc). A dozen frozen potato waffles, and toppings of spring onion, roasted peppers and red Leicester cheese.

This place seems alright. Have a cuppa?
