First tattoo (hopefully of many to come) is done! I changed up the design a bit, but I really like how it came out. It’s meant to commemorate the 10-year anniversary that I moved back down to Nola when I went back to grad school.

Not me absolutely getting clocked in therapy today. My therapist helped me acknowledge that I definitely overthink things at the expense of living in the moment. It was a lot to process, but I feel better after confronting myself about my tendency to overthink and then spiral
