You can save candidates a lot of time by doing so because no one wants to go through all the interviews and be told the interviewers were impressed with them, only to be turned down because they went with someone internally.
Basically, I am saying: Job posters and hiring managers…DO BETTER!

One of the uses of excessive force brought to attention is when officer Linton shot a lawyer twice in the groin. LAPD denied use of force but there’s too much evidence against them to support that claim and even a judge had to issue a restraining order against the LAPD.
