Tous dans la rue le 10 septembre contre l'austérité pour nos droits Que se passe-t-il le 10 septembre ? Le mouvement du "10 septembre", né sur les réseaux sociaux, appelle à bloquer le pays face au plan d'austérité de François Bayrou : Suppression de 2 jours fériés, Déremboursement des soins pour certaines maladies & génériques, Aides sociales gelées malgré l'inflation, Suppressions de postes dans la fonction publique, 1 départ à la retraite de fonctionnaire sur 3 non remplacé. Le 10 septembre n'est pas qu'une simple lutte contre le plan d'austérité de Bayrou : c'est l'expression d'un ras-le-bol social dans un contexte de casse sociale généralisée depuis l'arrivée de Macron au pouvoir (et plus globalement après des décennies de néolibéralisme). Pourquoi les personnes LGBTQIA+ doivent se mobiliser? Parce que ce plan d'austérité frappera directement les plus précaires, dont beaucoup de personnes queers. Parce que la France de Macron, c'est aussi : Une chute de la 5e à la 15e place au classement ILGA-Europe. Des propos méprisants sur le changement d'état civil ("ubuesque"). Des violences LGBTIphobes en explosion, en ligne et dans la rue. Des attaques contre les personnes trans et leurs parcours de santé, qui sont vitaux. Parce que le 10 doit être le point de départ d'un véritable mouvement de libération, qui ouvre la porte à une transformation de la société tout en écrasant toute possibilité de l'extrême droite d'arriver au pouvoir. NOS VIES NE SONT PAS NÉGOCIABLES Queers faisons entendre nos voix ! Avec la possibilité de législatives anticipées dès la rentrée et les municipales en mars 2026 : les droits des personnes LGBTQIA+ doivent être au cœur des campagnes. COMMENT FAIRE? Relayer massivement ce post et les appels à mobilisation Rejoindre des collectifs militants S'organiser dans les syndicats & partis de gauche Porter nos revendications partout, tout le temps

Great news! Éire joins Finland & France as only EU countries to reach the threshold, now 4 more are needed. Closest are Belgium (57%), DK (34%), Germany (34%), NL (48%) & Slovenia (48%).

Here's something that takes seconds and could have actual positive outcomes.

There is an official 'citizen's petition' system in the EU. There's one open at the moment to ban conversion therapy for LGBT+ people in the EU.

Ireland can be 1 of the 7 nations needed

L'Irlande devient le troisième pays à atteindre 100% de son objectif sur l'initiative citoyenne européenne pour interdire les thérapies de conversion dans l'UE. Le premier était la France, le deuxième la Finlande.

OK, we have now passed the 80% mark, and while I don't want to see any such lackidasical attitudes again, we can all agree that it's a good job done since Wednesday.

Now, to get from 80 to 100 we need less than 2k more. We've done more than that already, just from Bluesky #speirgorm
