At 221 Melvin Ave, tenants won their LTB hearing. Klein's N13s were withdrawn keeping Hamilton ACORN’s 2025 streak of no formal renovictions! Backed by ACORN Hamilton and the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic, the City’s Renovation License and Relocation bylaw is ending renovictions in Hamilton!
