We don't have to agree with an organization's mission to defend their First Amendment rights.

Last year, we successfully argued at the Supreme Court that the First Amendment bars the government from coercing businesses to blacklist nonprofits like the NRA because it disagrees with their views.

The Supreme Court is hearing a case today about New Jersey’s subpoenas seeking sensitive donor information from a nonprofit running crisis pregnancy centers.

We urged the court to promptly review the plaintiff’s First Amendment claims. If the government can target one nonprofit, it can target any.

We're in 📍 Trenton this morning testifying against a bill that would remove critical investigatory powers from the Office of the Comptroller.

OSC is an important public watchdog that has served our state by investigating fraud, waste, and abuse. This bill would be a blow to government transparency.
