But then you get these things, which cops like but everyone else hates. I’d assume the Optimus type designs are intended to humanise them in every sense. It makes no technological sense but I think it’s a marketing/PR issue

Reddit suggests this, which I’ll have a go at tomorrow 🤞

Happy retirement Michael D. We’ve been very lucky to have him (and the dogs!) during the last 14 years. As someone who became a citizen during his term of office, he’s the kind of President who reminds you why it’s good to live in a republic.

#speirgorm might be interested to see this, as we await President Connolly’s inauguration this week. A vision of what might have been 😬

As you struggle to work this dark morning in the wind and rain, can I point out that your main error in life was in not choosing to be a cat.

Just to clarify, the opposition to Connolly is now divided between Humphreys, Gavin and the nutty spoil-your-vote campaign launched yesterday. THIS is how left unity candidates can function so well. And we don’t have to 100% love them all - they only need to be better than FFG, and we win!

Mr Ben’s career seems to have taken a bit of a turn in recent years. I guess you have to pay for all that costume hire somehow.
