Three more days until me and my D&D group get our asses pounded. We’re right at the start of a massive fight and none of us know if we’ll make it out of this alive. We’re about to fight a mech with a very powerful enemy at its side along with other extremely dangerous enemies.

My sleep study is tonight. I’m 90% sure I have narcolepsy based on all the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. The extremely vivid dreams, hallucinations before sleeping and after waking up, fragmented sleep, and extreme daytime sleepiness. We shall see what happens after the evaluation.

Had a therapist that did wonders for me and started me on my path to better mental health back in 2015-2016. My mom brought him up in conversation so I decided to see if I could reach out to him and send him a thank you email. I managed to do just that and this is what I got back.

Time to start practicing Siu Nim Tao and Siu Nim Do again. I need to keep up with my Wing Chun training, even if I’m not actively participating with my class. Once I get my COPD under control, I’ll be back in the classroom, learning some single handed chi sao and more of the second form, Chum Kiu.

AAAAA MY D&D GROUP HAD A SHORT SESSION TODAY AND WE DID SO GOOD WITH OUR ROLLS. I believe everyone got at least one nat 20 roll during our little session and we were all making some fairly high rolls quite consistently. I took out 3 terribly dangerous foes all by myself and I still don’t know how.
