When I saw it initially I think it was in 3rd but on rewatch it's more tied with the first for #1 . Hit the Bloodworth scene and had to pause to cry for a bit. Like, heaving sobs. Actively mad I didn't go watch this in a theater. Would be such a fun group movie

So the original is one of my favorite novels ever and I am a person who is generally pretty harsh on adaptations and people who use them as their sole mode of experiencing a story but I'd recommend this to pretty much anyone regardless of if they know Vonnegut actually

this is labelled for spoilers since it's from an arc after the one the anime is on but I need everyone to understand how serious fukuda is about displaying the full range of interaction otaku (especially marginalized) have with the things they all like. kisekoi is a good manga and you should read it
