I try again with using brown wash over all on the model and I still don’t like it for the blue cloth part. I think overall is not too bad especially working on this when I’m depressed.

Thinking about Wynne as furry character, I'm not sure which species to draw her as. Certainly, Abyssal silja is (suspicious) cuttlefish.

Either a Rat, Bat or Tasmanian devil. I think these fit with her vibe.

Miniature I paint today! It looks a lot better than yesterday. I also kinda want to paint more metallic color because I really like the shiny look it has lol

(also I fix the metallic paint i brought so no need to buy a new one now.)

1. Painting miniature can't really use the same logic as digital art because when I did digital art I just apply color where I think I can improve, and it can stick on top of each other just fine but when it's come to miniature probably the max layer would be 3-4 at best. Otherwise, as you can see on my model, The color gets too thick and it covers the detail. It's look at it best, I'm in the middle of working on it, and it gets messed up because I don't know when to 'stop' 2. It's more relaxing than i thought. I probably spend around 3-4 hours straight not stress or complain except when i first notice that the metallic color i choose aren't like other color (as it it's very tin color which do need to be mix with other as a 'base' clor) so I need to try other brand of metallic color 3. Get a glove, lol. My nail is all messed up because i paint without it. And I'm pretty sure sometimes the color on my hand get on the model. 4. Long live the detail brush that save my ass a lot more than i can think of 5. The colors i brought is too similar in range (Brown wash, Skeleton color, Wood color) and i'm not a fan of using 1 brown wash to finish the job. brown wash for skeleton is fine but when it's on metal and cloth it's look... wrong idk maybe i just don't like it. --------------------- Conclusion, I will get additional color then finish the rest, Get a glove, try to finish the whole thing just 3-4 layers, know when to stop.

My first miniature painting session didn't get too bad. Especially, I went there almost blind with no guide except to paint a primer on first.

I learn quite a lot actually during this (mainly that color can get too thick, and it ruins the model, probably 3-4 layers at max and that is my problem)

I really like eldritch creature and often called silja as one but i never really draw her as what she was, So this is the closest thing I could draw right now since she's ya know living black hole and all that.
