Crossing 109 also seems sketchy, especially with all the turning traffic and potential conflicts.

The pinch point going into Railtown park is certainly very tight and will lead to conflict between cyclists and pedestrians. This is a well used area and it's a bit shocking that this design was considered acceptable given that these lanes will be in place for at least 2 years.

That's certainly what I noticed.
It's shocking how fast the 103 Ave bike lanes went up (not even two weeks) compared to all the other projects that are starting late, stalling, or very slowly progressing.

Hopefully they are extending the problem properties bylaw so that businesses are surcharged when they leave property vacant or underdeveloped.
