I really miss going fabric shopping at Cloth World and Hancock Fabrics with my mom. Those were some of the best days looking through the new sewing pattern books and helping her look up patterns.

I’ve been watching Monk (first watch), and I’ve been noticing that I have some the main character’s quirks. Also, why did they replace Sharona and Benjy? I appreciated the non-romantic relationship Monk and Sharona had.

I use my phone’s calendar, notes, and reminders apps, but it’s something about having a physical planner to write out plans, goals, and simply daily routine & activities that helps to put my mind at ease. Writing it all out helps me focus on getting [stuff] done.😌

I went Joann and picked up some yarn today. Our Joann is on the list of the 500/800 stores that will close. I’m still going to order from them online, but I’m really going to miss shopping at the store.😔

It’s funny how the mind works. It’s after one, and I have to be up early. But guess what? My brain has decided to come up with a bajillion different crochet ideas I should test out right now though I am in fact sleepy.😵💫

Reading/listening to Frankenstein, and I’m struggling to stay interested. Dracula held my attention so easily, and I know it’s not a fair comparison with it being two different authors.
