Space Ecchs is currently preparing their (rescheduled) launch to the ISS, to exchange crew members. Space Ecchs’ rockets are statistically about as likely to blow up, as to complete the mission. How many of you are confident about the safety of any astronauts riding in a Space Ecchs rocket… and how many of you are free of concern about bringing Space Ecchs explosives anywhere near the ISS?

My possibly-unfounded suspicion is that, were a government shutdown to occur under the current administration, Something Really Bad ™ — as opposed to the numerous Something(s) Pretty Bad ™ that we’ve already seen! — would occur, and the very fact of a shutdown would grease the skids, so to speak, for the Something Oh-Fuck-No-This-Is-Godawful ™ that might follow, whilst simultaneously gumming up the works for any sort of Something That Might Actually FUCKING Help ™. Given my suspicions, I’m willing to allow a few Democrats to fall on their metaphorical swords, in the cause of avoiding S.OFNTIG ™.

Being with the Ukrainian population does not mean you are opposed to the continued existence of the people of Russia. It means you are opposed to the Russian leadership that is deliberately harming them. Being with the Palestinian population does not mean you are opposed to the continued existence of the people of Israel. It means you are opposed to the Israeli leadership that is deliberately harming them. And being with Democrats does not mean you are opposed to the continued existence of Republicans. It simply means you are opposed to the fascist leadership that has subsumed Republican voters, and is deliberately harming anyone who disagrees with fascist ideology. Remove Putin from power. Remove Netanyahu from power. And remove Citrine Caligula/E.M.peror Ketamine from power. None of them deserve the amount they wield, and they only hold it because no one has ever told them “no.” No more.
