PND is a journey, and I’ve got a lot of work to do to manage my mental health. I just wanted to share what I’m going through to let other people know that asking for help does not make you a failure, it means you are strong.

My daughter is the light of my life and I love her with every inch of my body, but becoming her mam is the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. I’ve struggled massively with not knowing who I am other than a ‘Mam’ as well as issues with self confidence and worth (2/4)
