I DNF'd an audiobook recently. It got into a weird Oedipal place less than an hour in, and it really made me uninterested in the rest of the book. It was super unnecessary and gross.

It's so tough. I had to hide all my social media apps so I don't just click on it out of habit and doom scroll. There's very little I can do, but boy does it take a toll.
