I grew up in North Central MI and it was 50/50 full snow by Opening Day - in fact it's 22° with snow on the ground in SE Michigan as I'm sitting here

If a mob broke into my workplace and a number of them were vocal about wanting to kill me, I'd probably be more circumspect about assuming it was just business as normal. Particularly if the CEO encouraged the mob and excused them after the fact.
