We’ve done a whole lot of intensive fiber arts work and everyone here is very impressed with the student from my online school

This morning in Peruvian cheap eats: got back to my pose from running errands and the lady with the papa con huevo cart was literally at the door.
Papa con huevo is potato, hard boiled egg, and ocopa, and usually runs 3 soles. Very hearty breakfast.

Today was cheese making day. I made 3 little logs of goat cheese and cow milk cream cheese with green onions and one with strawberries.
They don’t sell either of these in cusco so sometimes I make them.
