So, for fun I have a cucumber plant that doesn’t need to be pollinated in my hydroponic garden and have gotten about 12 3-5” cucumbers from it since I picked the first one a month and a half ago. While it is a fun little project, it is not in any way a significant addition to my calorie intake

So, we went to see the 4k 20th Anniversary release of Pride & Prejudice, and in both the Lynchburg Regal cinema and the Charlottesville Regal cinema this weekend and both theater versions looked like the bottom row. The top row is our blu-ray version at home. I am outraged.

We have spent the entirety of the three years this menace has been with us telling her we’re going to send her back to the humane society. It has not prompted any change in behavior.

I’ve only seen one estimate, but potentially 500 people showed up in Downtown Lynchburg, Virginia today, (which feels about right for what I saw) in protest of Trump/Musk

I really recommend getting a self-pollinating cucumber plant to aggressively prune to fit the hydroponic garden as something nice to focus on
