My 90yr old mother despite her disabilities had her taxi card taken away, she only used it for hospital visits . I’m sorry but I agree with taxi withdrawals for assyl um seekers !

How do you trace a cyclist who does not stop, after or for causing an accident ? No licence plate, no insurance ? Trying to track them down, good luck with that . Then take out a civil claim ??
