OMG, I found it. It's a little more hidden than the release notes suggest. Those could use an update. And also - I hope changes like this aren't made default in prod... Users hate this kind of stuff. Make the option, sure, but deciding everyone should have this new setting? Odd choice.

This is the instruction not working to get the bell back. Only seeing the bell with DND on. That doesn't make sense.

I now noticed this... the instruction about the notification bell is wrong though. It doesn't come back. She be gone. I only see the snooze bell if I put it in DoNotDisturb... but with DND off the bell is gone. No way to see if notifications happened now.

Also - the "abbreviated" time is longer

Also, that new TASKBAR setting isn't in the TASKBAR settings, it's in DATE & TIME

Why must you be like this Microsoft? Stop enabling stupid new options during an update as the default
