This happens to me all the time. My big oaf of a cat plops himself in front of my ultra-wide monitor, and won't leave until enough chin scritches and belly rubs have been performed.

OMG, I found it. It's a little more hidden than the release notes suggest. Those could use an update. And also - I hope changes like this aren't made default in prod... Users hate this kind of stuff. Make the option, sure, but deciding everyone should have this new setting? Odd choice.

This is what I have under behaviors. Nothing related to the missing bell.

This is the instruction not working to get the bell back. Only seeing the bell with DND on. That doesn't make sense.

I now noticed this... the instruction about the notification bell is wrong though. It doesn't come back. She be gone. I only see the snooze bell if I put it in DoNotDisturb... but with DND off the bell is gone. No way to see if notifications happened now.
Also - the "abbreviated" time is longer
