I am such a sucker for the deliberate, almost quiet, interpretations. I'm thinking mostly of Richter's renditions (late 1970s) that begin from an extraordinarily slow, mournful initial gesture, gradually building in passion until the final few notes just float away. Truly glorious stuff.
