In a normal political moment, it would be right to focus on policies that help people. This isn't that moment. Stop negotiating about policy and negotiate about power. Rebalance the structure of government and put limits on executive power. Stand strong.

I made this suggestion to @malcolmkenyatta.bsky.social when he put out a list of "What Democrats Did Today". I said we need a 2nd one that lists "Things Presidents Trump/Musk & Republicans have done to make life worse". @petebuttigieg.bsky.social would be my 1st choice to lead the shadow gov't!

This is a good start on a shadow government. Now, do this every day and also create a second one that lists "Things that Presidents Trump/Musk and the Republicans have done to make your life worse". Get this out in front of people - hold a daily presser. We are here to help you fight!
