No-one cares what I think!

A proud Cymro living in a slightly less senile Ireland. Believer in a Welsh Republic. Despise the Establishment. Let’s reboot the World.

Look on the bright side folks....we gained a point on Arsenal and are unbeaten in 3 🤷‍♂️

Stand tickets for that match at Lansdowne Rd yesterday were an eye watering €121. Tix in the shitty half stand were €45.

They wonder why attendances are dwindling. It's not just over saturation of games but greed from the governing authorities.

Tickets for the All-Ireland Hurling Final were €100

Football is bigger than the people who run the game. Sadly the fans dont count anymore.

I thought Qatar was bad but this next tournament is going to be brutal. I know i should be rooting for us to qualify but a part of me hopes we are not part of the gigantic corrupt circus that is #FIFA

I’ve heard that Adolf Hitler has been posthumously awarded the FIFA Peace Prize for the 1934 World Cup

I’ve never seen anything so utterly depressing and nauseating.

The very definition of nepotism.

Hope they both rot in hell
“This is truly one of the great honours of my life.”

FIFA President Gianni Infantino gifted U.S. President Donald Trump a gold trophy, a medal and a certificate.

Trump is the winner of the inaugural FIFA Peace Prize.

I've often said that #LFC and #MUFC were rarely at the peak of their powers at the same time. Either/or dominated English football for 50yrs or so but when one was successful the other was largely inferior.

Turns out both can be shite at the same time though.
December 4, 2025 at 8:47 PM
They've been doing this for years in Ireland too, but greedy publicans dont really advertise the fact, preferring instead to take the free cases (20) of soft drinks and then charging punters for it.

Make sure you ask for the free drink.

Oh and dont order a Vodka with it 🤣

...and barely a mention in MSM.

Sigh.
November 30, 2025 at 9:28 AM
I'd love to know what you can say to provoke, a 6ft 8in Springbok who has 139 caps and whose team are winning 73.0, into trying to poke an opponents eyes out.

Must have been real bad 🙄

Poor Eben.

That'll serve the @welshrugbyunion.bsky.social right. If you insist on playing a test match against the world's best outside the official test window, and your best players go back to their clubs, you can expect a hiding like that.

Pure greed, and further evidence of the state of our game.

Idiots

Imagine you’re a 6ft 6in 17st rugby player and you have to consider this in the split second before going in for a challenge.

Imagine you’re the referee and you have to interpret this nonsense when you know the player has just tried an honest tackle.

World Rugby have ruined the game.
November 29, 2025 at 1:21 PM
I’ve been saying for years that rugby is on a downward spiral caused by World Rugby’s obsession with physicality, structures, over-exposure and protection of the elite.

People laughed but now Ireland got their arses handed to them by the Boks and NZ they’re crying about the state of the game.

I think we #LFC fans have been lucky to experience so many highs over the years but we’ve had more than our fair share of heartbreak too.

There are more important things than football and the players look like they’ve the weight of the world on their shoulders.

They need our support.

I wonder if those fans that leave the stadium early understand how lucky they are to get tickets in the first place.

If you’re a real supporter you stay with the team through thick and thin, not bail on them when they need you most.

Sad.

Kerkez will get the blame for getting caught on the wrong side, but Salah was more culpable for letting Junior go. Really poor effort from him.

November 26, 2025 at 9:15 PM
Nervous start but plenty to like about that first half. Thought Kerkez did well, offering Gakpo an out. Dom outstanding again. Similarly Jones helped Salah as much as he dared. MacAllister’s radar was off but that’ll sort itself out quick enough. Expect us to go on and win 🙏🏻 #LIVPSV
November 26, 2025 at 8:51 PM
As long as we have Dom fit and firing, I believe we’ll win most games. The man is an astonishing athlete.

It’s really strange, all these brutal performances from #LFC recently just don’t bother me at all. Disappointing, yes, but this was the transition we expected last year. They’ll figure it out eventually.

Have faith ladies and gents. We will come good eventually.

How inevitable was this as the self-entitled from D4, more worried about their precious geraniums getting covered in dust, cause yet further delay to a desperately needed transport link. Selfish pricks.
