I had my first Zoom since the pandemic and had to install the software. Okay. Installed then launched to join meeting. Then it immediately wants to update. Like why not just install the version for my device in the first place!

Particularly when their readership numbers are so low (even when they include the free ones at airports and hotels). BBC news has a larger viewership than all top 3 newspapers combined. Why do they let them define the agenda?

I see Jared Leto getting a lot of hate for the new Tron Ares fail but i think it's more to do with Musk and his companies being involved from Tesla ads in cars to the grok and xai tie-ins.

Oh and this explains why the only applet I ever used no longer works. It's now a 'pro' feature.

I forgot why i stopped using IFTTT and then remembered they fell into enshitification territory and limited the number of routines to 2 and then started putting things that made it useful behind subscription.

Oh and of course the UK government are really bad at IT projects anyway. Right now there are four apps to 'simplify' digital ID from the government. Two of which "securely confirm your identity for select government services" and two "confirm your identity". So why do we need another to do the same?
