My 2024 was spent managing a lot of pain. When medications weren’t working anymore I sought surgical intervention and underwent two surgeries, one to remove a cyst in my left wrist and then had two cervical discs replaced. In physical therapy but might have to replace lumbar discs

Last night after sunset @jimw.tmky.us and I took a walk through DTLA listening to #GNX and somehow timed it to hear Dodger Blue while in Little Tokyo. Highly recommend doing all and any of it. I love LA
