Here's a good article covering what Patreon does. The sad truth is that it's more complicated than it first appears, particularly once you get to payment management.

But as the article itself says, there's plenty of opportunities to beat Patreon at its own game.

I think the 1st would be best. The amount of open "floor" space seems to balance well with the sense of verticality there.

#2 feels simultaneously too busy and too flat. #3 is closer to #1, but loses out IMO because it lacks the smaller bits of interest like those collections of pots.
