Yes I know it is guache but I don't care. I like many chinese dishes but my all time favourite is sweet and sour pork with fried rice. Love how the s+s sauce changes the flavour of vegies cooked in it, especially cucumber. This is my comfort food when I can get it cooked by someone else. 1/2

My gone dear was a beagle border collie cross. Spent a lot if time wonderinng why anyone would do that. Always a battle of wills re food. She made it to 5 months after her 15th birthday. Had a stroke when she was 13 and recovered well. Last 6 months were marred by dementia. Miss her heaps.😪
