18/33 In April 2025 I submitted a petition with questions about the case to the Minister of Migration and the Prime Minister. 200 signatures. In response, I received a message that ministerial interference is prohibited, and they cannot comment on officials’ decisions.

17/33 The judges were tired. The first decision had some creativity, but on 2025-01-20 Judge Mats Dahlström issued a very dull ruling: “I see no risk.” Appeal court judges Annika Lowén and Karin Öst on 2025-03-28 issued a template ruling — they too saw no risks.

14/33 Andreas Svahn again pretends to be an idiot, explaining to me that since I wasn’t persecuted before, nothing threatens me now! Of course, I left Russia a year before the LGBT movement was recognized as extremist. But what about current situation?! Nothing.

9/33 You can only appeal to other judges. So, on 2024-01-22, Catharina Abrahamsson and Hanna Kristiansson from the appeal court issued a new ruling: uphold the decision (despite being notified of the errors made by previous judges).
