I realized yesterday how privileged I am.
I went into a DashMart facility to pick up my order & there were many drivers doing pickup orders. They were hustling. One person was using her bicycle & you saw the amount of snow we got yesterday. 1/1

I hear you. The one thing I’m learning is this, FOCUSing on what is really important is critical. There are a lot of distractions & that’s a strategy on the part of the regime if you’re aware of all that. WE need to stay focused on what WE need to do.

If I knew then what I know now about menopause & what it does to our body I’d be better off.
Supplements, exercise, weight control…is very important perimenopausal.
And sleep, or lack of, wreaks havoc with our hormonal system & a lot of other health conditions.

We were in Palo Duro Canyon during a thunderstorm. The Staked Plains, as they were once called, was magnificent. I’d never seen a lightning display so spectacular with such a full view. I’ve never experienced anything like Texas rain either.
