We had an incredibly old house and the basement bannister hardware looked like him to me.

I was an odd child.

I get the feeling that a lot of it is rooted back to the previous coach and often backed with disengenuous pretensions that it is "actually about playing style" while making up narratives to justify how they feel.

My tactically ideal coach is never coming to Spurs and that is probably for the best!

kidding aside, they've quietly been the worst at them this season and generally bad at them since Carlos Vicens left to manage Braga.

Also, a lot more Wilson and Des than we'd have thought after being right-dominant for so long early season

Irrespective of some poor set piece marking and the keepers union I'm part of it could have been handled. If Vic's brave/proactive he's not palming it inside his post.

We talk about our spending a lot, and this is an example. Vic has been great value for money, but <redacted> deals with that easily

*exhales* On balance a fair draw but one that could have been a win after a rousing comeback had Vic not been so deep on that last set piece. A more proactive keeper commands his area and removes that danger rather than palming it meekly on to post. He's carried us in so many games, I can't be mad.
