The content creators! I might not have been prepared or motivated to start reading all the Tolkien books I can find (especially The Silmarillion) without the lore videos, the guides, the memes and jokes, the fan art, the appreciation posts &c.

What I mean is that the people in charge should work towards an economic situation wherein consumers have the disposable income required to buy luxuries, because that’s what advanced healthy economies look like. Of course, the current American government is doing the exact opposite.

Idk the difference between comics and graphic novels so idk if this counts but I recently picked up Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi. It should offer a valuable perspective of the Iranian Revolution, which has started to become an interest for me.
