In the following years, I applied Kanban with/at clients, and in the last two years, I finally completed the necessary Kanban trainings for the KCP with my colleagues Wolfgang Wiedenroth and Sven Günther from it-agile GmbH.

My journey with Kanban started eleven years ago at one of the first Kanban trainings by David Anderson in Germany (organized in Munich by Dr. Arne Roock). In late 2012, I attended the legendary 3-day Master Class in Karlsruhe, where we managed to keep Carlos in his job during the Get Kanban game.
