BONUS FACTS:
This change was made back in 2020 when Death Mark was first introduced in the Artifacts Update. Its original description incorrectly read the same stacking behavior, so I made the original DeathMarkFix for the item to work "correctly." It was later patched with the correct description.

I think most people think this is super OP, but personally I think it's really well suited to her kit. The major balance issue with it is that it also allows her to shed "permanent" debuffs like Eclipse 8's Curse. Thats not an issue with 2R4R's Eclipse modifiers, but vanilla could use a fix badly.
