Mike Johnson is big mad that we forced through a petition and forced a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

So let’s do it again. This time to restore the ACA credits he stole from us:

When you ask ChatGPT a question, you're in control of the information you're sharing, EFF’s Lena Cohen told @USAToday.com, but “when you're using the Atlas browser for day-to-day tasks, it's easier to forget that all of your activity could be sent to OpenAI."

Five Years Ago This week in 2020, Ajit Pai put the final bullet in net neutrality and decided to move forward with unconstitutional rulemaking on Section 230, while Clarence Thomas joined the brigade of opposing 230, and Congress introduced yet another anti-230 bill, because sure why not? We looked at the pretty crummy results of the current Supreme Court term on issues we care about…

It costs ~$70 to produce a year’s supply of insulin.

Yet, the average annual cost of insulin went from $2,864 in 2012 to $5,705 in 2016 to $18,000 in 2025. A 25,714% markup. That isn’t inflation or supply chain—It’s corporate greed.

Now—California will sell insulin for $11. Make this nationwide!

We are losing something by having newsrooms where everyone who has more than a few years’ experience has gotten fired. I don’t fault a young writer for not knowing about things that happened before she was born. But now there are no editors to help give context to these stories, either.
