My mental health meds provider started me on a new medication and for the first time in years(honestly ever) the negative self taking radio is not making a sound, my rumination over everything is also gone. Is this how Nero-typical people live??

Current set up: to the right 50 in tv with PS5, 2 24in stacked monitors on my PC with a 50 in monitor hooked up to PC and Xbox. It’s a lot of screen but I like that, feels like the bat cave lol. Sorta like 2, center of 6, and then 2 again.

So tictok says the movie “Rain Man(1988)” has 2 Autistic characters, obviously Raymond is medium to high needs, and Charlie Babbitt is a low to no needs Autistic character(his special interest is cars, and several times his RBF during emotional moments). How’s everyone feel about that? #ASD

I sang “Galway Bay” as my solo in competitions at the city high school level. I didn’t know Bing Cosby sang a version thankfully because I would have copied his style.. i miss singing, but I don’t have the pipes anymore(smoking and asthma)..

I have always had allergies, as A child I lived on Sudafed, and attempted to keep Soybeans out of my diet. My grandmother was convinced I had micro-seizures, like her Bosses son. My urethra was enlarged medically because of my anxiety around things that happened that I didn’t understand at 3/4ish.

For those of you following me through life you know going to “non-judicial-punishment” back in 2010ish I lost my right to wear the fancy Gold Chevrons and Hash marks on my uniform. However: NAVADMIN 075/19 changed the requirements for that, so I am asking someone who should be able to find out.

Sometimes I write stuff on the gaming account just so it’s been said.. No AuDHD is not a trend, and having both ASD and ADHD means both hide well until they don’t. Had I known lots of things would have been different. #mytherapistagrees
Being AuDHD, means if I hear, see, or feel something not an alignment with my personal values, I tend to create space between myself and whomever else was involved in that situation. Sometimes I am right, sometimes I am wrong, that’s being Human to me.

Why is a possible side effect of a new medication insomnia, haven’t I spent enough of my life not sleeping at night? In other news, changing antidepressants has helped some of my rumination, and emotions that don’t fit the situation.

When my dad, talked about his reserve army service, he said it was close to “The Rat Patrol” which is a fictional show about the exploits of the SAS re-imagined as an American unit. Currently I am watching “rouge heroes” which is closer to the story, and probably more entertaining.

Kid and I hung out today again, watched season 2 of “kaiju number eight” honestly it’s just nice to get time with the kid, they are getting so old(14 now, 8th grade).

Yesterday the youngest and I hung out for 6ish hours, that’s the first time in over a year. Things feel much more balanced now, and maybe I realized that being present is more important that being around is. Only time will tell if I changed.
