- prepped homemade pickled cucumber
- prepped cooked rice
- store-bought grated carrots
- 3min surimi salad
- 3min fried eggs

Random but: don't let orthodontists take out your teeth!
I had an ortho tell me I needed to take out 4 adult teeth to get good alignment. 4!! Plus braces. I looked into complications and said hell no.
I went to a second one and she said that's crazy. we did invisalign for 10 months, no extractions
