In the context of payment processors trying to scrub everything even slightly sex-related from the internet I'd like to reiterate this take.
The desexualisation of media (everyone is beautiful, and no one is horny) combined with an increasing hysteria around the 'pointlessness' of sex scenes is a key part of the fascistization of western culture and if we're going to fight back we're going to need to make it normal to be horny again.
