Just in case anyone had forgotten, the Uglow exhibition opened yesterday in Milton Keynes. I will be going as soon as I can work out how to get there sensibly (it's only 40 miles as the crow flies, but a £75 five hour round trip by train, my preferred mode of transport)
Have you seen Kill List and The World's End? Two very different but brilliant films, and both personal favourites.
I should probably point out that it only lasted a day John, we are back to the old familiar grey drizzle now... But, while it lasted it was beautiful

We had an almost unexpected day of sunshine and clouds yesterday, no rain whatsoever for the first time this year; I took myself out for a wander.
